The platform’s owners actively assure users that their investments are completely safe, claiming to operate legally and with full transparency in their financial activities. However, we have serious doubts about its legal status: the project’s history is not disclosed on their website, and the names of the founders and the team remain anonymous. In short, we’ll now take a closer look at Xlence — is it a scam or a legitimate company, and should you trust it with your money.

Let’s Identify the Company’s Background
Xlence positions itself as a reliable international broker offering favorable terms for CFD trading. Meanwhile, companies of this type are required to hold licenses from the local regulators of the countries where they offer their services. Despite this, the project’s actual legal status raises many questions for us. Let’s examine all the details more closely in this review.
Xlence Jurisdiction and Regulation
The platform is operated by Tradeco Limited, a company officially registered in an offshore zone in the Seychelles. We checked the FSA registry and did indeed find this entity there, but we discovered a critical detail: the primary regulated domain for this license (No. SD029) is officially listed as a completely different project — t4trade.com.
According to data from the local registry, Tradeco Limited’s registered address is located on Eden Island, Seychelles. This is the infamous “business center” Eden Plaza, where hundreds of dubious platforms are churned out. It appears that Xlence does not have a real office there, and the address is used for mass virtual registration, functioning as a mere post office box.
Aside from its offshore license, Xlence has no significant regulation. It is significant that back in November 2025, the AFM (Netherlands) has officially added the platform’s domain to its registry of fraudulent boiler rooms. The international organization IOSCO issued a warning against the brand.
Some confusion about the company’s legitimacy is compounded by the European payment agent Damadah Holding Limited (registration number ΗΕ 324249), mentioned on the website. First, it is registered in Cyprus but is not a broker and is in no way regulated by the CySEC as a financial intermediary. Secondly, the owners need this entity solely to accept payments in the European zone while circumventing strict interbank restrictions, which does not reflect well on the broker’s reputation.
Overall, the project uses changed domains and alternative addresses to bypass blocks and warnings from regulatory authorities. It all adds up to a typical offshore platform created to siphon money from retail clients while circumventing European laws.
Xlence.com History
Although the domain was registered on April 1, 2003, according to Whois data, this impressive date has no bearing on the broker’s actual history. Active use of the domain name only began after a major update on November 5, 2024. Meanwhile, our check via the Web Archive shows that prior to that, xlence.com had been inactive for many years and was listed for sale.
The website’s developers simply purchased an aged domain to artificially inflate their credibility in the eyes of newcomers. The actual launch of the Xlence trading platform coincides with the date of a major rebranding and the launch of an aggressive PR campaign in late 2024.
Due Diligence: Onboarding & Funding
The process of joining the Xlence platform is designed to be as simple as possible. After clicking the Sign Up button, simply enter your name, phone number, email, country of residence, and create a password, after which you’ll immediately be taken to your personal account.
Meanwhile, the personal dashboard is much better equipped than most pseudo-brokerage platforms we’ve seen. First and foremost, it’s possible to create a demo account with custom parameters and test it on the web version of MetaTrader 5 or its downloadable terminals. It’s convenient that the number of demo accounts seems to be unlimited.
The personal account also contains a variety of advertised services:
- 4-tier loyalty program.
- Promotional campaigns.
- Copy-trade platform.
- Partnerships (referrals and IB).
When it comes to verification and depositing funds, the process is not so smooth. In accordance with clause 32.1 of the Client Agreement, Xlence reserves the right to transfer personal data (including confidential documents) to third parties and affiliated entities in countries that do not provide adequate data protection. Furthermore, verification is not required before funding an account — clause 17.1 states that the agreement takes effect immediately upon the first deposit.
The funding process itself is described in the agreement in extremely vague terms. Deposit fees and exact payment methods are not specified in the document — clause 19.6 merely requires that all transactions be conducted strictly through the internal Client Portal. In addition, the transfer of funds through third parties, such as the Cypriot agent Damadah Holding Limited or the Canadian service Quandero Pay Ltd. (clause 18.8), is carried out entirely at the trader’s own risk.
Well, the dashboard features a tab with step-by-step instructions for completing your profile, opening an account, and depositing funds. In practice, Xlence allows you to ignore all of this. Deposit methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Apple and Google Pay, Skrill and Neteller, digital assets (USDT and USDC), as well as local payment methods. No fees are charged regardless of the method chosen. To deposit, simply select a method, enter the amount, and you’ll be redirected to the payment system’s page or receive a crypto wallet address. Verification is essentially non-existent, encouraging traders to spend funds without any barriers.
Xlence Conditions and Manipulations
The company has developed a range of pricing plans that includes four types of standard accounts. Users can trade in six markets — stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other assets. Traders also have access to a cent account, where the minimum deposit is just $10. In addition, the Swap-Free option is available for all accounts, which converts them into Islamic accounts with no overnight rollover fees.
In the same time, the advertised average spreads for the EUR/USD pair range from a very high 1.4 pips on the basic plan to 0.7 pips on the premium account. An analysis of these conditions clearly demonstrates exactly how the platform’s mechanics of fraud and the broker’s gradual misappropriation of client deposits are structured. Although Xlence claims to offer a safe trading environment, it lacks legitimate institutional liquidity providers.
Promises of commission-free trading with floating spreads reveal the true nature of its operations: this is a classic B-Book broker with a dealing desk (Dealing Desk), where the platform always derives direct profit exclusively from its own clients’ losses. Judging by online reviews, hidden manipulation mechanisms may manifest at several key levels:
- The advertised average spreads (for example, 1.4 for EUR/USD on the Essential account) are floating, which allows the platform to artificially and repeatedly widen them during periods of high volatility to force the closure of orders.
- The enormous flexible leverage of up to 1:1000 completely contradicts the rules of reputable regulators and serves as a tool to instantly wipe out an account at the slightest market fluctuation.
- The MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms offered do not guarantee security, as special administrative plugins allow dealers to intentionally “draw” spikes on charts and slow down order execution.
There is no evidence that the entire trading process on the website is not merely an on-screen animation created by the company to simulate its operations and gradually lure clients into making new deposits.
Xlence.com Withdrawal Integrity & Exit Process
Traders face strict legal pitfalls outlined in the Client Agreement. For example, unlike legitimate platforms that block the acceptance of funds until identity verification is complete, Xlence readily accepts money immediately and only raises KYC issues after the user attempts to request a withdrawal. There is indeed a withdrawal block in your personal account — you must first verify your profile.
Even though the website promises fast payouts, the terms and conditions are designed to block any attempts to withdraw funds. Unlike the account-opening process, customer support immediately goes into “ghosting” mode when a customer wishes to terminate the contractual relationship. You won’t be able to contact them via email or online chat once it comes to payouts.
Judging by online xlence.com reviews and the terms of the agreement, traders can expect the following obstacles:
- The company actively awards bonuses, but clause 34.9 allows it to void any profits and freeze accounts if the client’s strategy is deemed abusive by management.
- According to clause 21.9, if the broker deems the trading volume insufficient, a 3% commission will be deducted from the deposit. A penalty of €60 is imposed for any chargeback, and 10% of the amount is charged if arbitrage is suspected.
- The broker charges $50 for one year of client inactivity. At the same time, administrators can indefinitely reject withdrawal requests by invoking clause 20.4, demanding more and more documents under the guise of AML compliance.
- Clauses 6.6 and 37.1 completely absolve the company of liability for any technical failures, data loss, or interference by third parties (payment agents).

Investment Risk Summary
We cannot describe Xlence as a completely legitimate or profitable global project for traders. Despite holding an offshore license, the broker can easily deceive clients using the B-Book model, a fake web terminal, and hidden penalties stipulated in the agreement. Working with this platform carries a critically high risk of total capital loss, and it will be virtually impossible for you to recover your funds from an offshore jurisdiction.
