The brokerage firm presents itself as a global company operating in more than 30 countries and trusted by over 2 million traders worldwide. However, we find this hard to believe, as there are no documents on its website to support this information. In this GoldmannCoLimited review, we’ll examine what’s legitimate and what’s fake — it’s possible that another scam is hiding behind the broker’s impressive numbers.

Let’s Identify the Company’s Background

GoldmannCoLimited claims that it strives to operate in accordance with international standards. However, under financial regulations, a broker is required to be registered with the regulatory authority of the country in which it solicits clients. Meanwhile, on the firm’s official website, we found only a statement about “active cooperation with regulatory authorities,” but there are no copies of licenses or links to financial commission registries. Let’s take a closer look.

GoldmannCoLimited Jurisdiction and Regulation

According to the information provided on the broker’s website, the platform claims to have Australian roots, publishing the details of the company GOLDMAN FINANCIAL SERVICES PTY. LTD. Although the original legal entity is indeed registered in Australia under number 125 908 081, it has no connection to the website in question. This is a classic phishing clone site.

The goldmannscolimited.com homepage, featuring the brand logo, promises of global market access, and a button to log in to the system

The Australian government regulator ASIC has officially added the domain goldmanncolimited.com to its Imposter list (fraudulent clones). The agency explicitly stated that this brand steals other companies’ registration data to create the illusion of legitimacy.

Furthermore, the company lists phone numbers on its website that simultaneously route calls to three countries — Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. However, none of the world’s leading financial regulators has any record of issuing a license to this company. At the same time, several Canadian commissions (AMF Québec, ASC, and MSC) issued official warnings in 2026 to clients about fraud committed by Goldmann Co Limited.

Essentially, the platform’s clients are not protected by any compensation scheme: neither the FSCS (UK, up to £85,000), nor the ICF (Cyprus, up to €20,000), nor the Australian equivalent. In the event of a dispute or bankruptcy, it will be virtually impossible to recover funds.

Goldmannscolimited.com History

According to the presentation on the website’s homepage, GoldmannCoLimited is a well-established global company that has earned the trust of millions of traders. However, our Whois check completely debunks this myth. The domain goldmanncolimited.com was registered just 7 months ago through the registrar Nicenic International Group, which is often associated with dubious firms.

A screenshot from the WHOIS service confirming the recent registration of the goldmannscolimited.com domain and a minimum one-year lease term for the domain name

Even though the platform’s creators claim massive trading volumes, web archive data confirms that this site simply did not exist online until 2026, meaning all of the intermediary’s statistics are a complete fake. It appears we are dealing with a typical fly-by-night operation. The Whois screenshot shows that the domain name was registered for the minimum term of one year. Limiting the contract to just the basic term proves that the organizers plan to shut down the project and change the address immediately after the first mass blockades by regulatory authorities.

In addition, Canadian regulators mention two related domains in their warnings: goldmanncolimited.com and the subdomain js.goldmanncolimited.com, the latter of which is used for the client trading terminal. However, the user’s initial query referred to goldmannscolimited.com — with an extra “s” after “Goldmann.” Discrepancies in domain names are a hallmark of scam operations.

It should be noted that dubious companies periodically migrate between similar websites to avoid being blocked and continue attracting new victims after warnings are published. Changing domain names (from goldmanncolimited.com to goldmannscolimited.com) and using subdomains for the trading platform are typical tactics of scam operations that attempt to cover their tracks after official warnings are published.

Due Diligence: Onboarding & Funding

There is no registration button on goldmannscolimited.com — only the “Log In” option is available. This effectively prevents users from creating accounts on their own and suggests a scheme where managers manually assign usernames and passwords after initial contact with the user.

The section describing the broker’s services, featuring three blocks highlighting the benefits of global trading, security, and technology

Most likely, the project attracts clients through targeted advertising, affiliate networks, and cold calls. Afterward, managers establish direct contact via messaging apps or by phone, positioning themselves as personal analysts and deliberately providing intensive support to the victim to encourage them to deposit funds.

The published Terms and Conditions mention that KYC/AML checks are conducted in certain cases, with requests for additional documentation; however, the specific regulations, verification timelines, and list of required documents are not publicly disclosed.

The website does not contain a Deposits and Withdrawals section. Instead, a concise FAQ paragraph lists bank cards, bank payments, electronic payments, and cryptocurrencies (an acceptable but not mandatory method). When it comes to fees, GoldmannCoLimited states that deposits are generally free of charge. Exceptions are not specified.

Due to the inability to register independently and the lack of open access to the personal account, it is technically impossible to assess the actual verification and account funding process. In addition, the described scheme involves the transfer of personal data and making a deposit strictly according to the manager’s instructions. It is likely that the client is then encouraged to make repeat payments under the pretext of increasing profits.

GoldmannCoLimited Conditions and Manipulations

According to an analysis of the official website, the brokerage firm completely conceals key terms of the partnership, creating conditions for large-scale financial manipulation. The platform lacks transparent pricing plans, does not disclose the technical specifications of the trading terminal, and does not even specify the list of assets available for trading.

The “Markets” tab on the goldmannscolimited.com website, where only general, superficial overviews of asset categories are published instead of specific rates and spreads

It appears that the “Markets” tab is designed solely as a distraction: clicking on it opens only a superficial “Overview of Global Markets” with general information. Meanwhile, the “Trading Tools” tab offers only third-party analytical services instead of contract specifications: a daily video, a currency converter, a margin calculator, an economic calendar, a heat map, signals, and a glossary.

The broker’s dashboard with trading signal charts, used by managers to create the illusion of analytical activity

Even though GoldmannCoLimited attempts to mimic a reliable ECN model with straight-through STP execution, the platform completely lacks real liquidity providers. Given that commissions and spreads are not clearly specified at all, we are dealing with a classic Dealing Desk (DD) model. In this scheme, the broker acts as the direct counterparty in every trade and directly profits from its clients’ net losses.

The situation is exacerbated by the following risk factors:

  • A lack of transparency regarding trading parameters. Leverage levels, margin call/stop-out levels, and spreads are deliberately not listed on the broker’s website. The minimum deposit amount is also hidden — the fixed figure of $250 can only be found deep within the FAQ section.
  • An anonymous browser-based trading terminal. The trading platform has no downloadable versions and operates as a closed web application. This software is essentially a standard trading simulator where administrators can manually manipulate quotes, create artificial slippage, and reset accounts to zero.
Therefore, users’ trades are never routed to the real interbank market. Investors see only a visually appealing simulation of successful trading, while their real deposits are irrevocably misappropriated by the creators of this fraudulent clone project.

Goldmannscolimited.com Withdrawal Integrity & Exit Process

Clients wishing to withdraw funds or terminate their relationship with the company will encounter vague and unspecific Terms and Conditions. For example, withdrawal times are stated as depending on the selected method and “internal operating protocols,” while the methods themselves, fees, and fixed timeframes are not disclosed on the website. At the same time, the Withdrawal Terms document unambiguously states that all withdrawals are made exclusively in cryptocurrency (USDT).

The Terms and Conditions also grant the company the right to unilaterally suspend or permanently freeze an account — including for “violation of the terms,” “providing incomplete information,” or on suspicion of “fraudulent activity.” This allows the broker to impose account freezes arbitrarily.

Clauses regarding the adjustment of trading conditions “depending on market circumstances” and liability for “unauthorized use of the platform” create a legal basis for refusing to make payments under formal pretexts. Furthermore, in the absence of transparent regulations, the company can cite technical glitches or third-party interference to absolve itself of responsibility for the loss of funds.

In contrast to the proactive engagement during the onboarding phase, communication from managers effectively ceases when clients attempt to withdraw funds. Due to this ghosting tactic, customers facing problems are unlikely to be able to quickly contact support. As for customer reviews, they are still few in number but mostly negative. For example, we found only two comments on TrustPilot, both rated 1 out of 5.

Strengths & Weaknesses Analysis

  • Availability of analytical services.
  • Bilingual interface.
  • Clone of a legitimate company.
  • Designated as a fraud by ASIC.
  • Blacklisted by Canadian regulators.
  • Hidden trading parameters.
  • Closed, manual client registration.
  • Lack of licenses.
  • A few of goldmannscolimited.com reviews.

Investment Risk Summary

The GoldmannCoLimited financial project is illegitimate and designed to defraud traders. The platform is a dangerous fake clone that has stolen the data of a real Australian firm, as officially confirmed by warnings from four regulators. This pseudo-broker does not hold a single license, and its website domain was registered less than a year ago. Furthermore, trading is simulated on a closed platform, and there are no transparent fees. You should not engage with this fake intermediary, as doing so is guaranteed to result in the loss of all your invested funds.

SCAMMERS!!! I funded my account, $870 was charged to my bank card, but an error appeared in their transaction records. Customer support is silent, and then they blocked my account – and my money is gone for good! I’ve never encountered such brazenness as that of Goldmann Co Limited!
