The broker proudly highlights its management team, which has many years of experience in traditional finance and blockchain, as well as compliance with the requirements of five jurisdictions and the possession of multiple licenses. However, you won’t find a single name, photo of the team, or scanned document on their website. Coincidence or a deliberate fake? In this Finprime review, we’ll find out whether this is truly a legitimate project that’s simply being too modest, or if the broker is operating a scam.

Let’s Identify the Company’s Background
Finprime positions itself as a modern international cryptocurrency platform for trading digital assets. Like derivatives brokers, virtual currency providers and intermediaries are also subject to licensing requirements. Although the website’s owners claim full compliancewith financial regulatory requirements, we have uncovered numerous hidden details. We will examine these aspects in more detail below.
Finprime Jurisdiction and Regulation
The company operates through a complex structure consisting of several legal entities spread across different jurisdictions. The trademark belongs to DTG Ventures FZCO, registered in Dubai (UAE), while brokerage services are actually provided by Digital Trading Group of Central America S.A. de C.V., a Salvadoran company. Additionally, the research division is registered as DTG Research LLC in Wyoming, USA.
The quality and actual value of the licensing documents presented in the “Licensing and Regulation” section of this project’s official website are clearly illustrated in the table below:
| Jurisdiction | Document Type | Number | Reliability |
| El Salvador
(CNAD) |
DASP License | PSAD-0063 | Virtually useless. Only authorizes cryptocurrency exchange operations. Does not grant the right to provide Forex or CFD trading services. |
| USA (FinCEN) | MSB Registration | 31000325185315 | None. This is a basic registration to process payments, not a financial license. The agency does not monitor or safeguard client deposits. |
| UAE | Ministry of Economy Trademark Registration | 62591 | Zero. A commercial registration in Dubai without a proper DFSA or UAE Central Bank license makes providing financial services illegal. |
| Costa Rica | Corporate Certificate | 6782988-2025 | Virtually useless. A simple corporate entity registration that offers absolutely no protection or regulatory oversight for clients. |
| St. Lucia | IBC Registration | 2025-00191 | Zero. A notorious offshore jurisdiction characterized by minimal regulatory supervision and lack of financial accountability. |
Thus, the company has done a lot of impressive paperwork, but regulation of its activities still remains questionable. Regarding the El Salvador license, two crucial points are:
- The DASP license is valid only within El Salvador, meaning that clients from other jurisdictions are left virtually unprotected.
- In the CNAD registry, the legal entity Digital Trading Group of Central America S.A. DE C.V. is associated with the website https://solonix.one (read our review), not https://finprime.pro/. The architecture of these two websites is quite similar, and we wonder why the owners are promoting two different brands belonging to the same legal entity.
Finprime.pro History
The domain name was registered on August 21, 2024, through the registrar Namecheap. Based on information found online, the first reviews didn’t appear until November 2025, and the CNAD (El Salvador) license was obtained on September 9, 2025. Until the fall of 2025, there was simply no online presence for the company.
Despite this, our review of the web archiveshows that the website began to be populated with content only in early 2026 — meaning that about a year and a half passed between the domain registration and the actual launch. Meanwhile, the company claims global leadership and “extensive experience” on the part of its team, while in reality the project has been active for just over half a year since its actual launch.
Due Diligence: Onboarding & Funding
Registration on the finprime.pro website requires only a minimal set of trader information: name, email, date of birth, country, phone number, password, and agreement to the Terms and Conditions. Although the user must confirm their email address, this is essentially a mere formality, and there is no SMS verification via phone at all.
It’s worth noting that when we attempted to register from a European country, the system informed us that it does not actively offer services in that country and is not regulated, so further use of the platform remains at the client’s own risk.
While the Terms and Conditions list external crypto wallet addresses and bank transfers as payment methods, the Finprime personal account paints a somewhat different picture. Deposit options (or rather, their logos) include Bitcoin, stablecoins, the non-custodial crypto exchange ChangeNOW, and the fiat-to-crypto payment aggregator Onramper. So, regardless of the chosen method for transferring funds — whether by wallets or bank transfers — they are in fact converted to USDC and credited to a wallet belonging to the broker itself.
In addition, the deposit fee is not specified anywhere — neither on the website nor in the Terms. The processing time for requests is also not disclosed; the company states that it “is not responsible for the time required for funds to be credited.” In fact, the Legal Documents section contains a regulation Fees and Charges, but it’s apparently only accessible to authorized users, as its link leads to a login form.
Regarding AML and KYC regulations, the broker goes so far as to state that they are available exclusively to counterparties upon request. We have never encountered such a disclaimer from other companies before, and it’s deeply puzzling why these policies cannot be made public.
Finprime Conditions and Manipulations
Trading conditions are divided into three account types: Standard, Advanced, and Elite. Despite this, the differences between them are minimal and boil down to the size of spreads and commissions, rather than the quality of execution. In addition, the broker does not disclose such important parameters as the entry threshold and leverage.
Finprime claims to offer instant cryptocurrency purchases. However, the trading parameters are described using Forex terminology: spreads in pips, volume in lots. Please note that in the real spot market, cryptocurrency is purchased in fractions of coins, for example, 0.05 BTC, rather than “0.01 lot.” Consequently, Finprime seems to be effectively offering CFDs — derivative contracts based on the price of an asset, rather than the asset itself.
Meanwhile, in the Terms and Conditions, the broker stipulates that the term CFD may only appear because the trading platform is designed for broader purposes than Finprime’s services. In fact, this term should be understood as DADP.
In turn, DADP in the same document stands for Digital Asset Denominated Product, which can be traded at BID and ASK pricing. So far, everything seems quite logical. But what is a DADP? Unlike CFDs, it is denominated in digital currency, and the instrument is the asset itself (e.g., options or forwards). It’s important to understand that nowhere on the Finprime website is a list of assets available for trading. Contract specifications should be accessible after authorization and are, like Fees and Charges, unavailable to us.
The client area available to us, meanwhile, doesn’t work in the broker’s favor. For example, it contains Market Trading Hours plugins, which display the schedules of global stock and security exchanges. The News tab makes matters worse, displaying alerts from the TradingView portal for familiar CFDs like the USD/JPY currency pair, the SPCX stock, the IXIC index, and so on. Why would a platform supposedly offer such a different type of instrument need this information?
Finprime.pro Withdrawal Integrity & Exit Process
Withdrawals are Finprime.pro’s biggest weakness. Withdrawal fees are also not disclosed anywhere, which in itself violates the European standards. Despite this, the main danger lies not in the fees, but in the terms and conditions written in the fine print.
Pitfalls in the Terms & Conditions:
- Attempting to withdraw more than $5,000 triggers a 15-day “KYC countdown” — which effectively freezes your funds and allows the broker to confiscate your assets.
- The broker reserves the right to accuse the client of “arbitrage activity” and forfeit all profits.
- The platform may change margin requirements and trade prices without notice — that is, deduct funds under the pretext of a “technical adjustment.”
- All disputes are resolved in a Salvadoran court — clients from the U.S. or the EU have no real legal protection.
Strengths & Weaknesses Analysis

Investment Risk Summary
Finprime is a project with a facade of legitimacy that masks serious structural problems. The presence of a Salvadoran DASP license does not compensate for non-functional support, non-transparent fees, and terms that allow for the misappropriation of client funds. Although the company claims to offer cold storage and a professional platform, based on the totality of evidence — including a closed KYC process, hints of ordinary CFD trading, and an unavailable demo account — the project most likely operates as a scheme where client funds can be frozen. The risk of losing your deposit is extremely high here, and therefore we do not recommend working with this intermediary.

Of course, I’d double-check a hundred times before investing in such a dubious platform even once. I didn’t want to take a chance with Finprime because I didn’t understand who’s behind this firm. It just feels weird to trust a team I couldn’t find any information about. Very strange!!!
So far, so good… I deposited $1,000 and am trying to trade. It’s just a shame that only spot trades are available and there aren’t many assets… but maybe the finprime.pro platform is still in its early stages of development, so it will add more features in the future… And spot trading is actually all I need… It’s actually a good thing there’s no leverage here yet — leverage is a curse, not just in crypto; I learned that from forex too…
It’s impossible to get your money back from these scammers. They want me to pay them money just to get the $5K they still have left in my account. Salvadoran thieves!
